Hi mates,
I’ve realised that I won’t get my mojo for this campaign back…..so I will move on my Phantom build to Hangar Queen XVI in 2026 probably. A few other build projects got in the way which I finished at least. And now I started the the Eduard 1:72 Mustang for HOTM 2025 and I got carried away…
Good luck and maybe there will be another Phantom campaign in the future

Not a problem. I’ve been in a similar spot myself recently. Just haven’t had much bench time.
I’m going to give it another couple of weeks then see about getting awards sent out.
Can’t remember how we go about that now on the new site.
I am calling this one done. Pretty satisfied although the ordnance did not get attached perfectly and the cockpit glazing do not fit perfectly either.
It will be added to an inflight diorama with a NVA Mig-21.

The kit sapped my mojo a couple of times, but so much greater the satisfaction when it is done. Not perfect finish - partly beacuse of the age of the kit but mostly because I did some mistakes here and there.
It looks good. Nice to see a kit that looks good wheels up.
