Probably stupid question about Tamiya A-1J Skyraider

Hi all,

Currently working on (amongst many other things) the Tamiya effort of the A-1J. On the clear sprue that holds the canopy, there are two smaller parts (parts F2) which look like lights of some sort. But I can’t find them anywhere in the instructions. So at first I thought they may have been a leftover from the H variant, but the instructions on that one don’t seem to show them either…
Anybody knows what they are and where they go?

On page 19, they list unused parts. F2 is mentioned.

I see they’re also not used in the H variant, which makes me wonder why they are there in the first place.
