Question about Leopard 2A7V

I know RFM and Tamiya both have a Leopard 2A7V and i think border as well
not sure which to get any thoughts on the pros and conns of them?

Do a search as there is thread on it. Tamiya had one or two part accuracy issues like the number of vent bars etc, if that matters to you. RFM beats out Tamiya in that regard. I think the report is both build up fine so accuracy and cost could be the deciding factors.

I don’t recall Border having one but generally Border kits are reported to look nice but tend to have dimensional accuracy issues again if those matters, they don’t to all modelers or projects.

Border makes one as well.

I know

The fewer parts/ease of assembly makes Tamiya the winner for me.

I got the RFM kit a little while ago, and as well as being more accurate it’s quite a bit more complex than the Tamiya kit, as could be expected. I myself generally like more complex builds but it depends on what you prefer. Tamiya kits certainly go together well but some things are too simplified for me (for example, grab handles rendered as tabs).

The postie dropped off my RFM kit last year. I like it a lot. I do like Tamiya kits, but I feel the likes of RFM, Meng, Takom sometimes take things to the next level for not a whole lot more $ - or even the same sometimes
