Not surprisingly, Legend offers it in 1/35:

It is an early version of the Katlanit and not the OWS that is used on the early Puma and Achzarit. No one make the early version, but 3DMicroCosmos and Legend Productions make the later versions. You maybe able to backdate the Legend one, as it is a cast resin kit, which comes in multiple parts unlike the 3DMicroCosmos one.
