Replacement parts from Revell Germany

Have you had any luck getting replacement parts from Revell Germany? I am looking for a decal set from kit 07714. I seems from the comments that others have had problems.

Never had any luck trying to get a decal sheet from them, brought a Ferrari F1 team truck and the decals were missing contacted them and they just kept replying that due to the US - Germany business change they would get back to me. After several attempts over the course of a year and still getting the same answer I’m reduced to having a kit with no decals.

I have in the past but that was at least three years ago. Qualified employees are getting a bit harder to find lately; even in Germany I suppose.

Can’t comment on the decals, but I emailed Revell UK about getting a complete clear part sprue for my 1/35 TIE fighter, that was forwarded to Revell Germany and about 3 to 4 weeks later I had a clear sprue turn up in the post with no charge. And reason for the time frame Revell were changing over computer servers…

I tried once, but got a reply that the kit in question was out of production, so no spare parts available.

I live in Germany, so I never had problems to get spare parts from Abteilung X.
