If you’re capable of printing them yourself, Fantastic Plants and Rocks has a store on MyMiniFactory wide variety of STL sets of alien plants and rocks that you can print at whatever scale you want for use with your miniatures. As a test, I took one of their giant mushroom models and merged it with a ‘water hex’ tile STL for Heroscape (output of an OpenSCAD tile generator program I wrote, then printed it, applying a relatively crude paint job to the mushroom and the dirt around it to make it a mushroom growing up out of a swamp water hex:

As an alternative to buying the Alien Plants and Rocks sets from MyMiniFactory, GrimGreeble has a collection of STLs on Thingiverse and on Printables.com of various types of alien vegetation that you could download and print to whatever scale you wanted for your terrain.
