Rye Field Models - Customer Service

This was actually raised in the ‘old’ forum, but is still relevent and i thought it might be shared here too.

Rye Field Models … I’m sorry to say that while their products are superb, their customer service appears to be non-existant. If you want any information from them or try to order a replacement part via the dedicated part replacement conduit simply produces a message in Chinese that looks suspiciously like ‘your message cannot be sent’ sort of thing. I’ve never had a response of any kind from them, whatever the method of contact tried. Facebook, their website - nothing.

How the hell do people do business with these guys?

Does anyone have a success story and the elusive ‘hack’ we need to get a response?
