Obviously the hull need minor changes. However the turret is different and would need a total scratchbuild work. If you have enough reference pictures, you could do it as the shape looks quite simple to cut in plastic sheets.

Remember to lose the propellers, we don’t do amphibious… only bundu ( pronounced boondoo) bashing.
Yeah, the turret will be “fun” part of the build.
