A HUGE shout out to Alumilite!! Last year I bought some silicone rubber to make a few molds from my local craft store. After making a couple small molds, I sealed everything up and put it on the shelf. Saturday I wanted to make a couple of new molds only to find that my bottle of catalyst had solidified. I emailed Alumilite, asking if I could buy just the bottle of catalyst. They asked for my address and sent me a new bottle, no charge. Now THAT is great customer service.
