I have a few projects that are VERY near the finish line, so they may get done this year, but here’s my haul so far:
KMS Bismarck secondary armament (not a tank, but definitely armored!)
Leopard 1A5
M31
Ferret
Death Star (sort of like a huuuuuge space tank, with a don’t-point-that-thing-at-my-planet-gun)
Okay, this guy is not armored
AMX-13
T-34
Leopard 1A3
Leopard 2A5
M47
Panzer I

I’m more an aircraft modeller, so more wingy things left my workbench this year. But at least I finished 3 earthlings in 2024 …
KPz M48 A2, Revell, 1:35
Austin K2Y, Tamiya, 1:48
Unimog S 404, Revell/ICM, 1:35
Have all a prosperous 2025. There should still be enough kits around for us …

It’s official - we have some very prolific (and good) modelers on this site.

Jeez Al, you sure push 'em out! Some outstanding models there - the Pershing, the Green Archer - sublime!
The Bundeswehr stuff - lovely; that’s not to denigrate the others but more a reflection of my personal taste - but hey! Keep it up.

Thanks Brian. You’re no slouch yourself….
The Green Archer and the Alpha were all started in early 2023 and set aside until earlier this year. I think that something actually fell on the Green Archer delaying it….and the Alpha was for the IDF 75 campaign but didn’t make it.
The Pershing was started in the fall of 2023 and completed right after the first of the year.
And speaking of Bundeswehr, I’m knee deep in these:

Most of all my building was done in 2023, But I have several kits sitting on the bench. This is the only one that I have been able to complete from start to finish this year…

Well, since others did show more than armored vehicles I safely can do so too.

Rick, how did you find the M3A1 kit?

Dan, the ILoveKit M3A1 Lee is not bad. It does represent a very early cast hull which limits decal options. I had no issues with the build. I made the following enhancements:
Added Archer casting numbers to running gear, differential cover, and doors.
Added Master metal barrels (75mm, 37mm, .30 cal)
Added Voyager PE set
Used SC3D 3D printed individual link tracks
Replaced tow cable with twisted copper
Added OVM tie-downs from lead foil and PE buckles

2025 should be good year for some new US artillery kits that you can add to your collection.
