Pointy rudder or rounded (older , Mk.V, style)??? Only find two photos and both, the rudder is screened out.

Did a quick look for PT900 to PT910. 907 is the only one with photos I can find.

Yup ,but not 41-412/ PT907. 41-407/ PL375 - Spitfire pilots and aircraft database - Spitfire PL375

Bugger. Sorry I misread your number.

Based on the pic below, I would say that this is the rounded rudder. The pointed rudder has a much wider chord.

SWAG! PT907 was delivered 8MU 26-8-44. 41-419 (RK811) was delivered 6MU 16-9-44 , less than a month later … with rounded tail. Hardly definative research , but if the newer on had the rounded tail… 41-422 (RR252) was delivered 39MU 19-10-44. Its what I got to work with…
