Super Sherman M50/60

the Chilean came from Israel
I just had a Super Sherman turret left

that I crossed with the Academy’s M4A3

and I’m trying to unravel the mysteries of the engine compartment

at least behind it is a classic supersherman …

the only change on the Academy for now is the canned track support wheels (on the second turn because they were wrong even before they put their hand to the molds)

and then a bit of file on the ballast of the tower

Hey Sir here are a couple of “slides” of some research I did for my up coming 50/60 build. I believe you will find them helpful.

Good Luck and I’m looking forward to see how you get along.

That’s a M50 turret not a Super Sherman turret. The Super Sherman were 76MM armed Shermans which the IDF called M1s.

Looking Good! The dust cover and gun tube came really good.
I call it the HyperSherman due to the hyper velocity gun, otherwise I wouldn’t worry about what it’s called just have fun!!

You’ve done a great job on this. We’ll done.

looks fabulous, are you going to build a diorama for this tank?

Awesome Job!!! The paint and weathering came really nice and of course all the construction work you put into it as well.
