The little trailer is from the ancient Bandai 1/48 Jeep. Quite impressive.

Some beauties there Rob- the sheen on that Coke hot rod is superb and that ball tank thing with the interior lights is neat.

Where is this?

Arlington, TX. A lot of these are better than what I saw at the Nats

Hmmm… My phone is being rebellious at the moment. Plenty more to come though.
Ah, it wants smaller chunks now…

My two favorites of the show deserve their own posts.
The first, the 1/72 Revell Gato:

Quite a bit of work went into cutting down the fairwater. Trust me, I know…

Oddly, just last week I was looking at this kit, as I thought it might be fun and challenging. I’ll tell you what it is after you see the photos:

Are you ready?

It’s an Atlantis 1/48 H-25 Mule. Originally issued in 1952 before being acquired by Aurora in 1956.

The only kit parts used were the two fuselage halves, the canopy, and the rotor blades. Simply awesome work for probably the oldest plastic model kit you’ll ever see. It features a completely scratch built interior among its other details.

Looks like a nice show. Venders there?

No. A few hobby shops represented but no big names. It’s always been a good show.

Thanks for sharing your photos

Thanks for coming, Rob! I was planning to be there myself; but had a prior commitment that I couldn’t get out of. How were the vendors?

Wow,some great stuff,thanks for sharing
