Hello,

I just lost two parts to the carpet monster and after almost n hour of looking… yea they are gone!

Now my question is:

Can you contact Takom costumer support and have them send you a replacment sprew?? I know people get replacement sprews when the sprew was missing from the kit. But how is it with parts that you lost yourself?

Have you tired vacuuming that area of carpet and checking your bag?

For sure we all need to check our bags regularly – or even better, strap some fine gauze over the vacuum nozzle first.

I did that still no luck. I have the feeling they might got under my cabinets

A vacuum work well there too.
Several years ago my daughter lost a silver ring down the bathtub drain. It had a lot of sentimental value as she’d purchased it on one of our New Mexico trips. Nothing motivates a dad into action like seeing his little girl sad. My wife suggested using a vacuum cleaner. My first thought was that it was never going to work, but I went through the motions anyway - got out the shop-vac and dutifully stuck the nozzle around the drain. The instant I turned it on I heard a "clink’ - and there it was.
