Built the Tamiya StuG III Ausf.G and put together a full video of the process.

Quite a bit of scratch work on this one:

  • Schürzen rack — cut and bent from copper sheet
  • Large ammo box — styrene sheet with sanded wood grain texture, copper hinges
  • Tarp and sandbags — epoxy putty
  • Jerry cans — Italeri jerry can set

No paint yet. That’s the next video.

Would love to hear from anyone who’s tackled the schürzen on this kit — the stock version always feels a bit sparse to me.
