Looks like a late 50’s or early 60’s truck.

I remember those short ZiL trucks being widely used in Poland in the eighties. Most popular were the dumper variant. I don’t recall ever seing a tanker in Poland, but I believe I’ve seen a few of those tankers in the Soviet Union in the beginning of the nineties.
