Pulled my machine out this morning for another day of riding after getting in late last night…all I could think of was how I’d rather be at my workbench doing some weathering!

Is all fun and games until you get home and have to wash the rig clean.

No kidding…I usually wash it before putting it away but it was way too late.

Your photo is a good representation of how art can imitate life. We learn from the build up, spray patterns and density of the mud/dirt. Then “try” to translate as best we can to something considerably smaller. Love looking at construction equipment for inspirations. So enjoy the ride and the day! They only come around once!

That’s exactly it. I love looking at vehicles to see how they accumulate mud and dirt, then try to replicate it on a model.
