Anyway… done the brackets that hold unditching beams i guess , again , you can see these in the books and references im working from .

Im making a beam from balsa wood …would it be round ? I dunno…but im going with spuare …photos dont show one on this tank so im using some artistic license

Excuse the spelling there …have started painting wheels and undercoating a few areas . Still got the tracks to do , which are the heavy hobby ones , a whole lot easier than the kit supplied ones .

Sorry for the delay in answering metalhead…the model is all fixed down because i reworked the welds or got rid of them because i think kit manufacturers go over the top with them. The model will have all hatches open when on display

This is the front end , reworked the bit where the mudguards were , the front visor bit not on yet so i can mask the vision block . Used a mix of aber and 3d parts for tool brackets .

Very nice,different looking with that kinked cable,my only thought is about the white inside of the hatches,werent they the color of the tank so tbey wouldnt stand out?

Excellent job! The one observation I have is that wood beams were usually left their natural color. Granted, I am looking at the Tigers in the Heavy Tank Battalion 505 on the Eastern Front. I have never seen one painted in red and white. But it is a great model!
