Did US Navy aircraft flying Neutrality patrols fly armed? Planning a Yellow Wing Ranger SB-2U and have a spare Mk54 depth charge looking for a home. (other possible option is a YW USMC SBD-1. Did they fly Neutrality Patrols out of Quantico?)
