very very nice!
The standing pilots look so futuristic that they resemble Sci-Fi Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality Operators of drones or robots. If made in a larger scale, I might just consider that possibility of Sci-Fi kitbashing and other interpretations. ![]()
Absolutely agree, I’m tempted to get a Venom just so i can do those door gunners. But i do not need another project build or helo in the stash. Looking at the figures, they lack the retaining strap at the back. A minor fix.
In the meantime, some inspiration
Those could do for the Aliens dropship pilots or something like that ![]()
I don’t see what scale they are, and there are now 1/35 & 1/48 versions of these helicopters.

Agreed…definite Sci-Fi vibes to them! ETSY also sells ALIENS Dropships too, some realistic and some not so realistic.

They are on eBay also…
As far as I know, the largest size of R2 Miniatures is usually 1/24 scale, although I do see a R2 Miniatures F-14 pilot in 1/16 scale. Their figures can come in 1/24, 1/32, 1/35, and 1/48, but not every figure made is offered in those scales.
Yes, they’re not cheap, and HobbyEasy in Hong Kong sells for a higher price, I think. R2 Miniatures on eBay seems to sell them for cheaper.
R2 Miniatures is located in Taiwan so the R2 Miniature’s eBay seller’s actual location should be Taiwan, meaning the other sellers are stores selling R2 for a higher markup, or they’re recasts.
Probably best to direct message them via eBay to get these figures…
