I applied several coats of Ammo satin lucky varnish to my model , the model finish coat has been dried for weeks, i waited a minimum of 5 minutes between coats as per the bottle instructions , 24 hours later I applied micro set, a very small brush swipe of it , minutes later the varnish lifted off in a messy sludge, any thoughts? did I not give the varnish enough time to cure?
I have had similar problems with that product, so I have stopped using it. Vallejo Premium is my current choice, VMS is a good option as well.

I experienced problems with that product, after a short period of time it seemed to thicken in the bottle. I had to thin it to incredibly low levels to use it and even then it still seemed to separate. VMS is my go to now.
