Vintage Revell 1/32

Does anyone build the old Revel kits from the 60s & 70s? I checked my stash and I have several of these kits. Thanks

I still have the 1/32 Revell Mig 21 from the 70’s. It’s partially built, but I’ll finish it someday. It has a resin cockpit, from whom I no longer have any idea. Older Revell kits were veery accurate dimensionally. The Mig, at the height of the cold war not so much. I did the F-4/Mig 21 combo way back in the day, as well as the Spitfire and I think the Thunderbolt.
Why do you ask? They’re very buildable, and let’s face it - downright fun.

I built many of them as a kid and loved them. Did a few of them while I was on deployment overseas 20 years ago and enjoyed them as much as back then. Have a few in my stash to do now as a grown up with better tools and skills.

That is why my buddy builds them. He usually puts them in some type of shadow box build.
