Wanting to improve old dio

I made this dio a year, or two, ago, and upon reflexion, decided the horse looked way too calm:

A rearing horse would be much more appropriate, and dynamic. Is there such a horse, preferably plastic, and preferably already wearing appropriate western tack?

Masterbox has a set of Cavalry figures

Airfix had several Napoleonic mounted figures, but they were 1/32nd IIRC. There was a French company, Historex, but I don’t know if they’re still around.

Thanks. Looks like the middle horse (guidon) would work, tilted back on hind legs, and forelegs modified slightly. I have the Historex horses, and one is perfect, but they are completely bare, and at 54 mm, quite too large!
