Scorpion Miniature Models released an extensive conversion set designed for use with the Academy ‘Warrior MCV Iraq 2003’.
The tricky part will be to find a base kit, Academy 1365 or 13201

The tricky part is fixing the lower hull issues and not having your front torsion bars snap off when the already too tight tracks shrink…
I’ll just have to live with the lower hull issues.

The problem with the Academy kit is the ride height is too high. The axle/spindle on the roadwheel arm should be just under the hull.
The hull looks the same as the Desert Warrior. Possibly use this for early trials version when the new turret was on the old hull and use the hull conversion for a Desert Warrior.
