Way back when (1980’s), there was a fellow in Toronto named Freddie. He owned THE paint store downtown. He was a cigar smoking, burly, SOB, but he could mix colour like no one else. Folks would bring him a paint chip that was years old, faded, bleached by the sun, whatever - he could match it exactly. He was the hero of the theatre/film/TV industry because they could touch up sets and props without having to repaint the whole thing.
With that in mind, the man in the video is not a fake (most likely); he’s a master colour mixer.
I mix most of my paints, but this man is crazy accurate, don to the shimmer!
