Mmm yes they do look very tasty, so about 200mm or 12 inches roughly high. Is definitley food for thought, how “long” are the horses? Please?? If thats ok??

Finished the Tamiya 1966 Volkswagen Type I 1300cc for the “Bugs!” campaign. Exterior is Bahama Blue with a black interior; one of the standard options found at the dealer. Tamiya and Vallejo Model Colors. Finished with Testors Glosscote. Builds exactly as you’d expect Tamiya to build.

And, the struggle continues:
Just to the left of the white circle of styrene (I am guessing it’s a spark arrestor?) is the PTO pump. This was a headache to detail up, and it still needs more plumbing
The dangling thing is the headlamp assembly - my idea here is that it should look pretty cool, and with it out, the viewer might be able to see some of the plumbing going on back there. The dash wiring/framing etc is primed as I painted up the inside of the cab, and overspray is fine, as it will get more paint that looks like wires might actually look.
How many problems? all of them! As you can see, still on the bench. On the actual problem side, the warped frame rails introduced all sorts of headaches - getting it squared up was no picnic.
The good news is that I don’t see these models being all that precious, so, in addition to all sorts of evident and hidden braces, well, what you can’t see is the unmeasured frame twisting I did to get it back to square by hand! Yes, grasp the front with the left hand and back with the right and angrily twist until you hear cracks! Then, once it looks about as good as it can be, place proportionally massive weights on it over night and force it to be closer to straight!
Other problems self imposed - like doing a better job this time with the other bits that I can see in prototype pics. Such as the mess of wires behind the dash 
As you can see, we have a long way to go. I’m planning to give the engine twin turbochargers - who knows how that will work out? I found a pair on line for $5 - so, not too much spent, but they are merely described as “large”, so not a sure thing, but sounds like it’s worth trying. One version of the truck came with them, so why not on this one too?

At last it has been de-classified after 80+ years, the T 999 Land Battleship. Surely someone here is up to the challenge? Not me…although I could theoretically weld 3 or 4 existing models together to make it.

Results? I don’t know, but it would sure look wild.
It’s been done before but I don’t recall the builder or if it was 1/72 or 1/35. Me? Have to be 1/35 for the older eyes and “fat” fingers.

These are perfect for coffee table builds, been in my stash for years, Sweet models 1/144 A6N2b Zeros two in a box with 11 marking options. Tainan flying group options on the right, so many options but only two aircraft!

This latter stage of the M548 build has been slow going, getting to grips with Chitubox and the mysteries of 3D printing. Anyway all the parts including the pump are now printed and mostly cleaned up. The kit floor’s upper section and pumping deck are shortened by 5mm to create the storage area for tools, tow rope, fire extinguisher etc.I plan to build the main deck - with the bladders pump, hose reels etc “off” the wagon and then install the deck once assembled. Apologies to 18Bravo but I decided to used PE end cap and valve fittings over the, nicely crafted, caps on his bladders.
