Pretty much certain, the inscription alone proves that. The fact that the book has an SBN instead of an ISBN hints at it too (the former dates from 1966 and became the latter in 1970), as I doubt that even in the 1960s, a book about modelling would have sold enough copies in two or three years to warrant a reprint, let alone a revised edition.
