What the postman brought today (Armorama)

Following on from my post on OIF Abrams, the 3D kits arrived to go with the Archer decals, from Zeus Model in China.

Very nice, including etch, decals (destined for the decal bank) and stowage, including the all-important lawn chair.

Finally got to my community mail box and had two packages waiting. This is my first miniart T-54 and it’s an interior version. Definitely the heaviest model I have so far!

Well, it finally arrived! 34 days from purchase to arrival with 15.88 additional charge for tariff. Nice looking kit, but not sure I wanted it that bad. Lesson learned. Will use for a Ho Chi Minh trail repair vehicle. Wayne

Probably end up used as a narrow gauge loco :grin:

“w/full interior”? WTF? It’s an open-topped vehicle with no side panels to the bonnet — what else than a “full interior” would you expect? :slight_smile:

One more for the Leopard zoo. This will be converted into a Panzer 87.

Haha, yeah that’s why I typed that into the title. I guess they are referring to the engine and compartment.

The Italeri-6352 Armed Pickup is open top as well but the interior panels lack :face_without_mouth:

Unless you have an eye like Picasso, assembly looks pretty self evident… even without instructions :wink:

Some of my purchases from Scale Model World;

Found the tracked Rapier going for €270 but managed to get it for £200, so rare and hard to get.

Wow

A tracked Rapier

If you build the Marksman, Takom has forgotten the front armour plates on the turret…

Its easy to fix…

Silver whips by a local seller.

I was sold on a club build night where he showed using the product to hinge a IJA tank engine hatch.

You did well on the Rapier Luciano; do I detect an Air Defence theme here?
