Sorry to be disingenuous. The postman did not bring this. I acquired it in 2014 from the estate of our late friend Russell, “Siderius” on the site. In the next year or two I’ll build it in his memory.

Online auction bargain. £66. Actually a rebox of the amazing finemolds 1/72nd falcon. The box and instructions are awful, especially considering the original rrp, price tag still on the box! However the plastic is all there and very nice indeed…

I had this Zardoz figure arrive in the mail from FunkyMaclunkey. My son ordered it for me as a birthday gift. I had told him that Zardoz was one of the worst movies I had ever watched and so he ordered this figure for me as a joke.

Whatever compelled him to star (??) in it? Did he spend all his money from the Bond franchises? The only redeeming feature was the semi-naked girls on horseback riding on the beach!

I thought that when I bought it, but it’s mostly hollow except for an internal lattice support. 3D printed so I guess it saves on the resin.
Really nice kits. I had planned on building the full collection of Starfleet shuttles from them with the AMT Runabout.

Yeah, was very lucky, haven’t seen another since, have it ready for building. First got the Bandai x-wing and y-wing on the workbench all ready for primer, so will be resurrecting an old thread very soon!
