Just wondering if they are the same tracks as King Tigers would have used at the battle of the bulge or even later in Berlin. Thank you
Tamiya’s kit represents the standard double-link battle track used through nearly the entire KIng Tiger production run. A few King Tigers were equipped with single-link tracks and 18-tooth drive sprockets, but these were never used on Jagdtigers. Due to supply problems, a few Jagdtigers were issued to the third company of the 512th Schwere Panzerjager Abteilung with narrow transportation tracks only, Dragon and Takom Blitz kits offer early Porsche Jagdtigers, which had a completely different suspension system and different tracks. Only seven of these were issued to the 653rd Schwere Panzerjager Abteilung. No Jagdtigers served in Berlin.
