:red_exclamation_mark:Thanks to your comments and the help of our consultants, changes have been made to the paint scheme and test build – the green color has been replaced with gray, and the number “1” has been removed from the model name.
We also show the decal sheet and box for the new model!

The decals and painting schemes are ready!
The kit will include three painting schemes:
1. Presumably 30th Guards Tactical Tank Brigade, January 1945
2. 57th Guards Tactical Tank Regiment, April 1945.

The schemes provided in the post are working; the box will include the usual color insert with the color schemes."

I bought yesterday the T-62 kit. An excellent choice! Zvezda kit is well done and crisply moulded. It will make a fine and hasslefree build.

The best T-62 kit available, highly recommended.

Joachim, do you have any recommendations for the Soviet green used in 1968?

Hermann, I’ve only been using Elita paints for the past few years. Khaki Gray 57008 is a good choice for the T-62; I highly recommend it. I’m curious to hear about your experiences.

Thanks for all the information you provided !!!

I’m getting some MT-LB kits for sure.

Too bad I can’t find the Arma Models … do you know if they have distributors in Europe ?

Very few of the Russian aftermarket companies distribute outside of Russia, given the trade sanctions. However, Arma Models does have a storefront (and sells other products besides their own like the Zvezda MTLB itself), but it does not say if they take Paypal. Otherwise Unomag.ru sells Arma as well and they do take Paypal and will ship outside of Russia.

Is LiveResin ever going to release the KPVT they posted at ArtStation?

They do indeed declare payments via PayPal, but very modestly.

In addition, I have a concern that this data is outdated. I myself have a PayPal account that has $100 deposited into it. They didn’t reach the recipient and I can’t withdraw them.
So I simply wrote them this letter. If they respond, I’ll publish it here.

"Good afternoon.
On one of the English-language and international forums, I introduce modelers to products from the domestic model industry, including yours. This raises a question about whether they can purchase your products on your website. You very discreetly declare the possibility of payment via PayPal.
Question: Is it possible for modelers living in unfriendly countries to purchase your products via PayPal? If so, my second question concerns delivery. It seems Russian Post doesn’t currently ship to the US. Which shipping companies do you use?
It would be ideal if you could provide a contact information (email) for English-speaking potential buyers.

Thank you in advance for your reply."

We’re waiting!

PS Arma Models is a store that got bored with just selling models and started producing them. It’s not a manufacturer with a store, but a store with its own production facility.

I’ve forwarded this question to the company itself. We’re waiting for a response. I will definitely duplicate it here.

And now they’ve already replied: “Hello, there are two options - a T-10 and a wheeled PKP, I’ll probably release it someday, but the wheeled one is currently available in 1/16 scale, thanks.

Where’s the Z markings?

Among Russian modelers, Zvezda is widely criticized for its diminished patriotism.
It changed its logo design to a neutral one, removing the colors of the national flag.

It tries to avoid showing red stars on its box art. This box lacks not only the “Z” but also the red stars of the Soviet Army.
This is presumably to avoid discouraging Western buyers. So, as you can see, we have become even bigger capitalists than you.

Oh, I see. Kind of like how model companies won’t show swastikas on box art or decal sheets.

That is because of laws in European counties, so a different motivation.

I could see staying away from the Z because of the current conflict for international sales but the red star doesn’t make much sense to me as the MT-LB has been used for a long time.

hoping the mmt-lb will be cheapere than the trumpeter one (for some reason,w ebsite sell the variant with the zsu gun much cheaper than the normal one)
