I think those are basically table top game scale.
Yes, 1/100 is a common wargames scale, roughly maps to 15mm scale. Battlefront, Plastic Soldier COmpany, amongst others, mold in this scale. Just like 1/56 scale is a common wargames scale (roughly maps to 28-32mm)
Damon.
1/43rd is a common Die-cast (metal) model car scale
It’s also the scale for European “O” gauge.

In the comments to the news there are only negative reviews about the new box design.
How can you criticise a box?! It’s just a box for God’s sake. Nice box art on the front, photo of the actual model on the back, new company logo. What’s not to like?
So far there are 38 negative statements, one positive and two neutral.
Yeah, the design is a bust.
The design is not very good at all. The old one was pleasing to the eye, but this one is just eye-catching.
The old one was recognizable from childhood, I literally grew up on Zvezda.
The logo and design are just trash.
It’s obvious that it’s a neural network.
The old design was better, to be honest.
It looks like a picture that was cut out of the Zvezda catalog with the name
And so on
I wouldn’t worry too much Yuri; it’s far easier to detract than to praise. If one must comment negatively I feel, then there should also be some accompanying constructive suggestions. Sadly, there often aren’t(!) Just human nature at work.
If they’ve gotten down to tearing apart the box, they just want to post something. They’ve got too much time on their hands, they should get off the computer and go build a model.
"The 1/43 scale model of the Soviet UAZ-469 SUV will go on sale in the coming days.
The final touches - the box of the new product is ready!"
“Friends!
The decal and paint schemes for our new model of the all-wheel drive truck GAZ-66 in 1/35 scale are ready!”
The explanatory inscriptions in red font and the arrows on the decal are my explanations.
“Hello everyone!
We are in a hurry to answer your questions about the GaZ-66 model in 1/35!
You asked - will the model have an awning and an engine?
We answer - there will be!”
Yuri, any release date on the WC-54 ambulance?
I can’t say for sure. Maybe no one knows. But many online stores accept pre-orders for this model.
For example, on the Quinta modeling studio website, you can buy this model with all the “goodies” they produce.
They are also available in other stores with a set price, but it is not clear whether this is already on sale or also a pre-order. For example, on the Zvezda website, the Russian version has a price and you can add the product to your cart, but in the English version, there is no price.
Thank you Yuri.
