Apologies for necropost, but this is absolutely stunning!
Regarding the grey windstopper/fleece: this may well be a PIEK-jacket, issued to freefallers to avoid suffering from exposure.
I have seen the jacket in similar photos, and recently listened to a podcast where this particular interviewee described operating from a GMV, and also wearing this particular garment.
