In case you’re unaware, MR Modellbau produce a BTT-1, perhaps you’re planning on using that?

Many thanks and yes, i owned that lovely conversion set from MR Modellbau also get some addons like metal tracks, PE fences, it will be my next project… I found that old book as well, it includes some B&W schemes and nice technical measures and specs…
