I’ve been looking for a 1/35 M110 metal barrel

You could, if you can get hold of dimensions or a satisfactory scale drawing, design one and have it 3D printed. Gun barrels tend to be fairly simple shapes so it’s something you could learn pretty quickly - some of the first things I designed last year (with no experience or training in CAD) were gun barrels and shell cases. Simplest way is to draw the longitudinal profile and rotate it around the barrel’s axis to make a 3D shape. That’s how I plan to do my 175mm one for the M107.
