[1/35] Tamiya 251 Ausf. D - Panzer Lehr in Normandy

Hello fellow modellers, I present you my latest build.

It’s Tamiya 1/35 Sd. Kfz. 251/1 Ausf. D, simple build with pretty much no accessories. Camouflage/marking is fictional, I have taken inspiration from photos of some Panzer Lehr vehicles in Normandy

Comments and critique are welcome

Looks great! I really liked the use of foliage. Spot on.

Did the screens come with the kit, or home made?

@Nefer welcome to the community!
Congratulations on your 251/1 Ausf. D. I’ve already mounted one of these with the brands of 2nd Panzer Division and I love it.
Everything on measure and well balanced.

Thanks for the warm welcome.

The screens are build from scratch, 1 mm balsa + photoetched mesh from Aber.

Hi @Nefer! Welcome and that is a ripper of a start to your time here! Nicely done camouflage and not overdone weathering. I really like it.

Other projects still WIP, think I might open single thread to share progress
