It looks interesting. Hasegawa has a whole line of 1/35 construction equipment. Most of them are used by some military or another so they can be used in military dios as well.

Hobby Search got it wrong : it’s Tadano, not Tasano…Great looking kit BTW !
The JSDF uses another Tadano crane, the GR-250N-2

Likely intentional. Note that the manufacturers name does not appear on the box, probably due to licensing issues. The placard in the kit gets you close - I suppose one could hide the offensive letter with a well placed dollop of mud.

Between the time I read your post and the time I looked at the sprue, I had already forgotten which was the correct one. Funny (or not) I was just reading an article on cognitive decline.
