Are you finding Flyhawk make very good kits? :+1:
 :canada:

Yes.
I like them very much.
In my opinion, these are the best kits in 700 scale. Although not without flaws.

Found a video about the conversion of “Prince of Wales” into “Duke of York”.

Primed the body.

I pulled an unfinished model of the Bismarck off the shelf.

I did a little work on the aft superstructure.

You’re not supposed to use the title “Duke of York” any more, but “HMS Pervy Andy” isn’t really an improvement…

Where isn’t it allowed? In the UK.

I live in Belarus.

Sorry, bad joke; no reason for you to be familiar with the recent problems of the Royal House of Windsor(/Mountbatten/Battenberg/Saxe-Coburg & Gotha).
As an aside, I suppose you know the Imperial Russian Navy once had an armoured cruiser named Gerzog Edinburgski after the son-in-law of Emperor Alexander II, Alfred Ernest Albert, Duke of Edinburgh; second son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. He later relinquished his British Titles and Right of Succession in order to succeed his uncle as sovereign Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. The cruiser survived as a hulk, under another name, until 1949.

Regards,

M

You’ll be surprised, but I know about the royal family’s problems. Quite by chance, a good friend of mine is interested in this topic.

And he tells everyone.
