1/72 Academy Tomcat Instructions

I received an Academy F-14 Tomcat 1/72 (kit #1679) for my birthday, but the kit came without instructions. It had already been opened, so not the fault of the company.

I’ve tried to find online the instructions online, but with no luck. Is there anyone who can point me to them? I tried the Academy archives, but I can only get it in Japanese, and no link on that page takes me to an instruction sheet.
