Just kibitzing here, please pardon the intrusion . . . . FYI - Oshkosh has offered an alternative to the HEMTT and PLS LHS vehicles. These being based on the Marine Mk23 chassis. So far the military has shown little interest in these lighter (and I would assume, cheaper) Load Handling vehicles.
