3D printed Detail Parts for AH-64 Apache - 1/35 Takom and Meng

Good morning everyone, this is the project I am working on for my Apache 1/35. I am making parts that are not present in the Takom and Meng kits, such as the sensors for the SSU helmet (different between versions D and E), the vents of the ventilation system. I am also improving some parts that I judge to be inadequate for the quality of the kits. The pilots are from Reedoak

Nice extra work !

I also have those pilots and I am very surprised about their thinness, a bit exaggerated in my mind, especially for legs and arms.
Other US helicopter figures, for example from Live Resin are more massive.

I hope they look good inside the helicopter with a closed canopy.

@Zsimon Welcome to the forum!

That’s an interesting kit bash, looking good and will follow along.

I have a set of Simone’s 3D printed parts and can attest that they look awesome. I haven’t built it yet, but am looking forward to adding them.

Very impressive project. :hammer_and_wrench:

Simply amazing work. Now, the biggest question I’m thinking…will I go broke buying all this upgrade stuff? :rofl:
