Great review. I agree, you can’t go wrong with these Gecko Models kits. :star: :star: :star: :star: :star:

B&L Models should get a royalty for Gecko “borrowing” their designs.

@ Bill (Laoye),
I’d be hard-pressed to say either company is “borrowing” designs from the other.

I am currently working on three of the bike kits from Gecko Models (styrene) and B&L Models (resin) sets, all of which include very nice seated figures. Having the kits here on my workbench with the ability to compare them, I will say they all rate very high on the quality and fun factor scales.

I am very thankful to have so many kits now available from the ‘Vietnam’ genre. :vietnam:

@justsendit (Mike) I know several of the VN manufacturers, and at least one of them is not bringing out a very desired kit out of concern Gecko will immediately rip them off. These ideas can’t be protected, but Gecko is most-definitely impacting the hobby with a heavy hand. Is it good to have more VN subjects at hand? Absolutely, and resin isn’t everyone’s skill set. Still, it’s too bad that innovative small manufacturers are being squeezed by a bigger company.
