7TP Light Tank

I thought I would share my latest piece, 7TP light tank (Polish Army, 1939).
This is a 1/72-scale 3D printed kit from Mussini Models, which I have recently
reviewed in Military Modelcraft International. The kit itself features a detailed
interior (including engine compartment), together with commander and driver
figures. However, wishing to take advantage of the open engine compartment,
I decided to omit the provided figures, and replaced these with spares-box items
to create this engine maintenance scene.
As with most 3D printed kits, no decal markings are included; not a problem on this
occasion, as it appears that most Polish AFVs at the outbreak of hostilities were devoid
of markings.

Great build Paul and excellent paint job. It’s nice to see Polish kits being built. They put up a good fight and have their place in history. Yes, Polish AFV’s only carried markings on maneuvers. Once hostilities started they carried no markings at all.

Lookin’ good - I’d like to see more pictures of it and ones shot a little closer!

Did you know that the 7TP was the first tank in history to be powered by a diesel engine?

Thanks for sharing and have a nice day
