A&A Model Messerschmitt Bf 109T with a nose issue

Hi,
I have recently got the Messerschmitt Bf 109T, the limited edition from A&A Models.
The first thing I noticed was the very short nose, when compare it to other Emils and scale drawings from the Bf 109 guidebook from SAM Publications. I found a couples of reviews on net, but no one mentions the very short cowling.
I have not found any build photos online of this model. Has anyone built this kit?

Compared to other bf 109E cowlings from Eduard, Hasegawa, Tamiya and Quickboost, there is a strikingly large difference

Looks like someone really got the dimensions wrong… The question is … Who ???

The intention was to build the Tamiya 109E with resin engine and cowling from Quikboost. The leftovers could be modified to suit the A&A bf109T, hopefully…
