You could start from their AMX 13/105 which comes with the new engine deck.

Concerning the real one, I really don’t see the point in installing the launchers that high above the turret. This does not make a lot of sense.

Maybe to see from behind rocks in the mountains? Could be Alpine troops. Look at the ATV missile resupply vehicles behind.
