Recently I purchased a Tamiya SdKfz 9 with crew from 1999.co.jp. I went over to the overseas sales section and saw that the kit was being sold for approx. $39.99 American.
So, bought one.
Here is the kicker, I then went to US hobby sites and saw the same kit being sold for $80 plus or even higher.
Including the US local tax and shipping, I paid much less from them.
I have purchased purchased from US providers and am happy to do so, but I love buying from Japanese retailers as well.
Just posting a thought.
