About password reset

Hi,

I need assistance with recovering my account. I never receive my password reset email so i am unable to access my account at this time and would like to reset my password. I just create another one to create topic under the support.

My username is: yaman

I have added your gmail account as a secondary email for your “yaman” account. I think that should let you do the reset using your hotmail email as the user account you want to reset. If that doesn’t work let me know. This is a “hotmail” thing I am afraid. They just don’t like certain mail sending hosts and I know that ours is on their ‘list’ even though it’s an enterprise level email provider of like Fortune 500 companies.

Thanks for the reply. I tried hotmail email but it did not work. Still there is no password reset email :frowning:

No i can not (account:yaman as secondary email ) but when i tried to for this account : Yaman_AYDIN, gmail address is working …

i changed this account (Yaman_AYDIN) to my icloud email.

Yes I can do that, but I think you needed to confirm your Gmail address via a link within a certain amount of time, so now that email is no longer listed as a secondary email for your main account. And as I don’t remember it I would need you to send it to me or post it here. You can email me at publisher@kitmaker.net if you don’t want to post it publicly (which I wouldn’t think you would).

Hi Yaman,
We seem to be having all the luck here. If you emailed me at publisher@kitmaker.net I did not get it. I did send you a confirmation email (from the forum) to authenticate your yahoo email you provided via private message. Did you do that? If you didn’t get that one then we seem to be back to square one. I guess private message me the gmail account if you still don’t have access. Sorry for the fuss.
