So I got this delivered today. It came in a very interesting packaging that I have never seen before. The model was taken out of the box, the box top and bottom were flattened and place on top and bottom of the model ; with the model sandwiched in between , and then wrapped in plastic. See pics below. The kit suffered no damage as near as I can tell. It looks excellent.

I have seen that before from a UA seller sending me a different UA company product. Don’t know about yours but my kit box isn’t strong to begin with so the protection is about the same but what you can ship in changes, so shipping is cheaper.

Yeah I kinda figured. It was about half the thickness of the kit box. The bottom part of the kit box is very sturdy, the top not so much. I had to staple the corners of it. But the kit wasn’t damaged in any way.
All told I payed $40.18 for it.

That’s a great price. I was seeing like $50-60 just for the kit.

I got it on eBay from a seller in Ukraine. Ordered it July 21st no less.
