Ace Model's recent kit release features the 4x4 light utility vehicle Iltis ("Polecat"), produced by Volkswagen for the West German Army during the late 70s. The kit is offered in 1/35 scale.

I dont like the look of the tyres, but other than that thumbs up.

Agreed, although the tire tread looks good, that pronounced seam running down the center…

Certainly would seem that DEF or PSM will produce resin or 3D replacements in near future. Now how about a plastic MUNGA?
