Now we have this banner popping up over the ‘Save Edit’ field. Is this really necessary?

iPhone, safari. Just started a day or so ago. Most annoying ad banner ever.

I have suffered the same issue, just hit refresh and the issue resolves itself.
Yip, same issue here, glad it’s been flagged by others.
@ CMOT. Refresh didn’t work here.
Getting the same on Chrome on my work computer. Using Chrome on my home computer and it isn’t happening. Strange.
The answer is ‘no’ and I have turned it off. Google turned it on as part of an ‘experiment’ that they don’t give you an option to stop until you manually shut it off.
It may take a few hours or so for it to fully shut down.

Thanks Jim. I was getting the same using Google Chrome at home. It is bad enough getting ads when using the search engine…

BTW: When scrolling through content these day, what was once a pleasant ‘Dark Theme’ experience has become blindingly checkered… if you catch my drift.
